client error

I am using this client“Ashbane.org Client (.zip / .rar)”. A few days ago, when the server was not turned on, I was able to open wow64.exe normally. However, as soon as the testing started just now, I encountered this error when I opened it

 

I can't post in bug report channel, so I have to post here

 

I restart and solve the issue, but the server is offline, and nobody can login in, correct?

The server is offline only the login server runs for testing the connection to help solve the issues of the players what they had during login process.
